Abstract

This volume includes the research component, comprising of three papers; a literature review, empirical paper and public domain briefing document. Both the literature review and empirical paper were prepared for submission to the American Journal on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, although contrary to journal requirements (see Appendix A for author’s guidelines), tables and figures have been integrated into the text.
