Abstract

This document examines a portfolio of fixed media electroacoustic works, comprising five short studies and seven pieces created between 2020 and 2024. It provides an overview of the musical works and the underlying compositional ideas, with a particular focus on the use of non-linear dynamical systems and chaotic generators for sound synthesis, as these techniques played an integral role in the creation of each of the compositions. Additionally, the document discusses the challenges, motivations, and creative possibilities associated with working with such systems. It also offers insights into some of the software tools developed specifically for this purpose and their application within the pieces.
